- Discuss expectations in job performance and military bearing
- Discuss interaction/relationship with CSM/higher staffs/company XOs
- Set/discuss level of authority, specific responsibility and personal accountability
- Discuss METL and Your assessment
- Review training plan, deployments and other readiness issues
- Discuss logistics/admin/budget responsibilities and accountability
- Discuss command policies, standards and SOPs
- Discuss personal, educational and organizational goals
