Possible Plans of Action:

  • Get packing list for JRTC from the company
  • Perform PMCS on all equipment and vehicles
  • Develop load plan (if applicable)
  • Load Conex per load plan
  • Go through the train-up exercise for JRTC
  • Pick up a copy of the ROE from the BN S3 and study it
  • Take all valuables out of the car and secure the car in the BN designated area
  • Inventory all valuables and secure them inside wall lockers and supply sergeant will band the wall locker
  • Go through the SRP at scheduled time
  • Attend all deployment briefings (with spouse if applicable)
  • Take care of all finances prior to deployment
  • Get the flight schedule from the 1SG
  • Be ready for the manifesting with ID Card, ID Tags, and all personal equipment to include weapon
  • Inform family that calling back home will be limited but will try to write as often as possible
