are submitting a "Senior Rater Comment", please be sure to fill in both the
"Bullet Type" and "Bullet Level" along with providing an example. We
took this offline for a week and you would be surprised how many emails we
got from people looking for it. People use this to help get ideas,
please don’t waste their time and don’t waste ours
by submitting information which should not be included or is not completely
filled out.
